You’ll be responsible for the fulfillement of the establishment’s objectives, including the coordination of customers’ experience, staff mobilization, and the management of operations and sales.
You have:
- Relevant experience in a management position within an eating establishment;
- Aptitudes for efficient managing of priorities and a capacity to multitask while staying focused on achieving results;
- An analytic mind, a sense of initiative and a high adaptive capacity;
- Ability to lead and motivate a dynamic team to exceed their potential;
- Ability to communicate in French clearly and concisely, both spoken and written. (Ability to communicate in English functionally);
